Assignment Information:

     Unit Homework
  • Unit homework is generally assigned Monday-Thursday and is due the next day.  All homework must be labeled and neatly completed in the student's journal. Students are to submit their answers on the Big Ideas website. Students can gain access to this via their Google Classroom account or by clicking the link to clever toward the bottom of this page.
     Math Masters
  • Math Masters are assigned on Thursdays and are due the following Thursday.  Students can access the practice sheets via Google Classroom. In order to be complete, students must put the practice sheet color and week number on the top of their paper, number each problem and show work (evidence) for all problems.  There will be a Math Masters test every other Thursday, and if students show mastery of at least 10 skills, they will move up to the next level. The goal for 6th grade is to pass five levels:
    • 1 - White
    • 2 - Yellow
    • 3 - Pink
    • 4 - Orange
    • 5 - Royal Blue

     Extra Help
  • I am available for extra help during lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and before school by appointment.  I encourage students to come in for help if they need any support!
