You are invited to attend the Seventh Grade Graduation Mass on Sunday, May 21st at 10:30.  I am very proud of the 2017 graduating class.  I know the future holds much happiness and success for each of them. As I have seen many high school and college graduation pictures being shared on social media, it is gratifying to see the success of ACS Alumni as they have served as valedictorians, salutatorians, and honor grads of various institutions.  Many have mentioned their appreciation of the foundation they received at Annunciation.

The last day for PreK students is Friday. This is also the last day for After Care. Please send all after care money to Terry Keen this week. With our revised closing day schedule, classes will be normal on Monday, May 22nd.  It will be a regular full day of school. The last day of school is Friday, May 26th.  Students in grades 1-6 will receive End of Year Awards in Church at 9:00.  Report cards will be given out at 11:00 followed by dismissal. Staff members will work on Monday, May 29th

Parents of students who are not returning in August must contact Lori Creel by 5-25-17 to request a refund of any unused lunch money. You can call 985-735-6395.  A Request for Refund form will be sent home upon request.

Mr. Derik wants everyone to remember that library books, Box Tops, and Community Coffee labels are due this week. Please continue to save everything and submit receipts to ShopaRoo during the summer.

Summer office hours will be 9-12 beginning Monday, June 5th through Friday, June 16th.  If your child is not here on Friday, May 26th to receive his/her report card, please come pick it up during the summer office hours.

This is the last pink letter for PreK students.  It has been an honor and pleasure to watch those precious young children blossom this year.  I  look forward to seeing them in PreK 4 and Kindergarten next year.
