Tomorrow is the next round of the Clean City Contest in Bogalusa. Please be sure to pick up litter that might be around your home or street. Sydney Penny won the Clean City poster contest for the city. Congratulations! Remember to be “Part of the Solution, Not the Pollution!”

Ms. Kandi, Cafeteria Manager, cannot accept personal checks after Monday. During May, all transactions must be in cash or on-line. Unless your child is paid up through the end of school, please take care of this.

The Children’s Coronation will take place in the Bogalusa High School Auditorium on Saturday, May 5th at 6:00 PM. Tickets are now on sale in the school office for $5.00. Tickets at the door are $6.00. Get yours ahead of time to save money and avoid the line. We need strong help setting up the back drop this Sunday. If you can help, bring an electric screwdriver and meet in the Avenue C parking lot at 1:30. After everything is loaded, we will move to the BHS Auditorium for assembly. This job is not bad if we have enough manpower. Thanks for any assistance you can render.

Please return all World’s Finest Chocolate money and any unsold candy as soon as possible. Prizes will be awarded on May 1st.

Oops!! When Ms. Pat sent you the list of items that will be billed through the Facts Program, we forgot to include $15 for next year’s ACS Spirit/Field Trip Shirt. Just wanted you to know!

Many parents requested that they be given the opportunity to purchase school supplies through the Class Bundle Program. We did this two years ago. Pat and Terry are working to coordinate this effort. We will let you know when it is ready. Remember, this this an option for parents who want to purchase school supplies at one time and have everything shipped to them.

May will be extremely busy. Keep the enclosed calendar handy to double check activities every day.
