Auction Week is in full swing. The items are some of the best we have ever had. Thanks to each of you for your donations of time, talent, and money. I hope that you will come Saturday night. There are a LOT of art and personalized items made by the students. They are so proud of their contributions. There will be delicious food prepared by Yo-Yo’s, Chrissy’s, and Rachel Stewart. It will be a fun night.

Students will be dismissed at noon on Friday so that we can set up the school for the Auction. There will be no aftercare. We need strong help to move furniture. Then on Sunday at 1:00 P.M. we need strong help to move everything back for Monday morning. Please come help if you can. If we have enough help, it is not a huge job. High school students who can volunteer will receive service hours. Because we will be moving furniture, etc.,students can wear jeans and spirit shirts on Friday.

Bert Burr and the Easter Bunny will be at ACS for Spring/Easter pictures on Wednesday, March 14th. Children who take pictures are allowed to wear their spring clothes all day. Parents are welcome to change their children out of the “Easter” clothes after pictures are made.

The Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a Fish Fry on Friday, March 23rd right across the street at the KC pavilion . Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased in the school office. Half of the proceeds are coming to ACS. Please participate if you can.

Remember, testing for grades 3-6 will take place April 16-20, 2018 and April 30-May 4, 2018. Please DO NOT schedule vacations or appointments during those times. The tests are all day long for all five days. There are no make-up days. Thanks for your cooperation.

I hope to see you helping around ACS this weekend and joining us “Under the Big Top” on Saturday.
