Wow! This school year is racing by! Only three months left! As you can see by the March calendar, there are tons of events coming up. One item that does not show up on the March calendar is spring testing. All students in grades 3-6 will take ACT Aspire Achievement Tests April 16-20, 2018. Students who require state LEAP testing will test May 1-5, 2018. Testing is all day-- all five days. Please do NOT schedule appointments or vacations during those dates. There are NO make-up days. Thanks for your cooperation.

Tomorrow is Pizza Delivery Day. Thanks to everyone who sold. Reward activities have begun. When the weather improves and the ground dries up, we will have the jump and bump party and lunch in the park. Pick-up of Little Caesar orders will begin at 12 noon tomorrow. If we have the orders ready sooner, we will send out a Remind Message and put it on Facebook. We need help sorting orders. Several of you signed up to help. The truck is due here between 8:30-9:00. Please come help if you can. It is not a bad job if we have enough hands!

I am sending information about the Spring Auction. Items are coming in daily, and I know the Room Mothers have solicited your financial assistance to complete the class baskets. Fundraising is crucial to keeping tuition as low as possible. Thanks for all you donate of your money and time.

Students will be dismissed at 12 Noon on Friday, March 9th so that the school can be prepared for the Auction. There will be NO Aftercare that day! We need parent volunteers to put up chairs and tables. There is a lot of work that must be accomplished to transform this building and turn it into a Circus. Then on the Sunday after the Auction at 1:00 P.M. we need help to get everything cleaned up and back in place for Monday morning. Please try to come help us either or both times.

On Monday, March 5th and Tuesday, March 6th at 6:00P.M., Annunciation Catholic Church is sponsoring a Lenten Mission that will be presented by Fr. Garrett McIntyre from Breaux Bridge. Everyone is invited to attend . This is a great way to prepare spiritually for Easter Sunday.

Bert Burr and the Easter Bunny will be at ACS on Wednesday, March 14th to take Spring/Easter pictures. Please let your family and friends know. Lots of people enjoy coming to our school to have professional pictures made with their children. They are always welcome to do so.
The Knights of Columbus are sponsoring a Fish Fry at the KC pavilion on Avenue C on Friday, March 23rd. They are donating half of the profits to ACS. We have $10 tickets on sale in the office if you are interested. The food is always good!
