This letter is coming home on Tuesday because the Beta Club members will be in Lafayette for the reminder of the week. Best of luck to them as they represent ACS and compete in various events.

For those students who will still be at ACS this week, we will have the FINAL Free Dress Scratch Off Friday. For a Scratch Off/Gift Card, your child can have Free Dress. Everything collected will be used at the Spring Auction.

Speaking of the Spring Auction, I still have not heard from several class Room Moms as to what your Class Basket/Art Project is going to be. We are in need of an assortment of items that can be auctioned. Please contact businesses that you regularly trade with and ask them to help support our school. We need tangible goods as well as gift certificates for services. Please contact me if you have questions regarding suitable items.

Auction tickets are on sale--$50 per couple/$30 per person. Delicious food is coming from Yo-Yo’s, Chrissy’s, and Rachel Stewart desserts. You cannot go “out to eat” this selection of food as cheap as the price of a ticket. It is a fun night. Please join us and support ACS!!

Thanks to everyone who helped with the recent Little Caesar Pizza Kit Sale. You sold a total of 464 products resulting in a profit of $2,784. The new delivery date is Thursday, March 1st. We need volunteers to help sort items and fill orders. Please let me know if you can help.

The Knights of Columbus have scheduled their annual Fried Fish Dinner to benefit ACS on Friday, March 23rd from 4:00-8:00 PM in the KC pavilion across the street from the school on Avenue C. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the school. Father Bru has asked that we attempt to do a Fish Fry at 12 noon one Friday before Easter break. For this to happen, we need volunteers. Please indicate on the form below if you could help with this project.
