Technical Courses

Grade 9: 1 High School Credit

  • Computer Science Concepts 101 (option for 4 University of RI credits)
  • This is a required exploratory course for all three ACE pathways that begin in the 10th grade.

Grade 10: 1 High School Credit

Like in college, all 10th graders declare a "major" in addition to required academic courses. You may choose one of three areas:

  1. Application Programming and Software Engineering (APSE)
  2. Cisco Networking and Cyber Security
  3. Data Science
