Finally I would like to thank MyCOE/SERVIR for connecting me to the network and I will use this opportunity to advance my goals.

ABOUT OUR RESEARCH

I am working on a project entitled IMPLICATIONS OF ECOSYSTEM CHANGE ON AGRICULTURAL BIODIVERSITY AND FOOD SECURITY; A CASE OF NKHOTAKOTA LAKESHORE AREA.

It has been assumed that dwindling fish stocks have resulted in agricultural expansion, deforestation, soil erosion and environmental degradation which in turn have also affected other food sources.

The results of this project will feed into the development of the eco-nutrition guidelines for community actions in the context of climate change, a project which is being implemented in one of the lakeshore areas in Malawi.
