Qiang Cai, Senior Statistician, National Minority Quality Forum--Dr. Cai received his Ph.D in Geography from University of Iowa in 2007, M.S. in Biostatistics from University of Iowa in 2006, and B.S. in Environmental Geography Beijing University, CHINA in 1999. Dr. Cai has over 10 years work and research experiences in geographical information systems, statistics, and spatial epidemiology from Universities, research institutes and private sectors. He has published in many peer review journals such as Journal of Geographical Systems, Transactions in GIS, Journal of Biomedical Informatics, served as reviewer for Social Science & Medicine, Health & Place, International Journal of Health Geographics. Dr. Cai’s current research focus on measure and forecast disease and health status in small geographic areas (zip codes), conducting research and analysis related to health and medical care delivery system.
