Starting in 2019, the administrative aspects of various tax-exempt "products and services" (such as charitable remainder trusts and donor-advised funds) will begin a slow migration from Charitable Foundation USA to Admin USA.*  In the coming years, Admin USA may also provide administrative services to other organizations. Some of them may be tax-exempt while others may be non-exempt.  The idea is that by 2025 or as soon as practicable thereafter, parts of Charitable Foundation USA and all of Admin USA will be "owned and controlled" by a new cooperative entity made up of the members of Admin USA and the donors and other constituents of Charitable Foundation USA.
