ABOUT MS. HARRIS:

Hi everyone and welcome to my webpage! My name is Nikki Harris and I am a math teacher at South Eugene High School.I am currently teaching two sections of Algebra 1 and one section of Geometry. I am so excited to be a part of the South Eugene community! Go Axemen!

I grew up in Los Angeles County in a small town called Claremont, CA. I moved to Colorado to attend University of Colorado Boulder, where I majored in Mathematics with an emphasis in Secondary Education. While at CU, I was a member and captain of the nationally ranked CU Dance Team and an active member in Chi Omega Fraternity.

I am an avid sports fan and follow many different teams across all sports including all of CU's sports, San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, Denver Broncos, and the Washington Nationals (who my brother currently plays for & is pictured above). I love to workout, read, watch TV, and cook when I am not working!

I worked in a high school in the Denver Metro area for two years and have made the trek out west and settled in Eugene, OR. Eugene's vibrant and diverse culture is wonderful and I feel lucky to be a part of it now.

I absolutely love working with high school students and sharing my passion for math! Please feel free to contact me with any questions. :)
