I was born and raised in Jackson Hole,  Wyoming.  I developed a love for the outdoors and fishing at an early age.  Many childhood days were spent on the areas rivers and streams fishing with my mentor and best friend, my father.  By high school I was sneeking out to camp on the Henry's Fork with friends for the "opener".  I graduated from Jackson Hole High School in 1996 and left Jackson to go to the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming.  While at the University of Wyoming I met my wife Shelby.  Her passion for travel was infectious and together we have fished throughout the world.  Shelby, a Steamboat Springs, Colorado native, introduced me to the Yampa river and for 6 seasons I guided fishermen on it's riffles and runs.  I also returned to my home town every August and September to guide fishermen on my home waters.  I began guiding in Argentina in 2000.  Patagonia got under my skin and I have returned every winter.  In 2004 we were presented with an opportunity to manage a small guest ranch in Jackson.  It afforded me the opportunity to live and work with my life long business partner, my wife.  I still guide the local waters throughout the summer, and we return to Patagonia in the winter.  I love to fish, and enjoy sharing my passion for the sport with everyone.
