How did the idea of building a Render Farm for 3D artists come to 3S?
3S is a collective of passionate members with a blend of art and technology, who fall in love with 3D design and have extensive experience in computer technology for many years. This is the reason why 3S can be clearly aware of rendering as a bottleneck in the 3D pipeline.
Infrastructure investment to match the needs of rendering is not only a huge expense for 3D artists but also the difficulty of meeting all rendering requirements due to the difference in scale between projects. For this motivation, 3S pursues building an ecosystem of services with a view to eliminating 3D artists’ dependence on physical machines so that they can work from anywhere and have the opportunity to focus on creating artistic ideas.
Render Farms on the market still have a lot of drawbacks, hence the small number of options for 3D artists, machine limitations, long queues, inefficient speed, poor support for render engines as well as plugins, and so on. Therefore, 3S is here to tackle and become the most outstanding Render Farm for 3D artists.

After a process of development and endless efforts, our Render Farm has been officially released since 2nd September 2020. As you know, 3S released the alpha version on 19th August 2020, and now 3S is confident to reveal that a lot of compliments, which are our inspiration, were given to 3S. However, our team always considers all of the suggestions we got and pays more attention to make our render farm better.
