We are a US-based company, providing online training in 3D Software Technology (Movies, Commercials, Video Games, Architecture, Product Design, 3D Printing and AR/VR).

We launched our operations in New York (1998) with support from Autodesk and currently our company base is in San Francisco, California. Our students include professionals and school/college students from all parts of the world.

We are looking for a few part-time help desk assistants who can work online and assist with the following:

• Provide help-desk technical support for our students and answer questions about software/hardware by email.
• Provide general information to students by email who have inquired about our programs.
• Other related tasks as required.

We are looking for a college graduate/ under-graduate with the following qualifications:

• Above Average English Speaking and Writing Skills
• Must be familiar with at least one Autodesk software such as Revit, Inventor, 3ds Max or Maya
• Tech/ Computer Savvy Person and Fast learning
• Have a passion for 3D Technology and/or Education

Hourly rates based on past experience (on contract/ freelance basis)
