Decide if you will present as an individual or as part of a team
If you are presenting as a team, pick a team name. Each individual person must register to ensure we have proper set up.

It is important to have you registered individually even if you are presenting as part of a team
Review and update your resume (be sure to check for possible typos/ formatting errors)
Have a link on hand to your portfolio/profile or QR code
Have a pdf version of your resume to share with Industry Professionals

Review industry professional guest list on RSVP link
Review their LinkedIn profiles, send them a message on LinkedIn that you look forward to meeting them, and prepare thoughtful questions about their career and companies
Business professional/casual attire - be thoughtful of you want to present yourself on video
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
Set up in a quiet area with good lighting and a neutral background
Have your video camera on and keep your mic on mute until ready to present
What to Expect:
The moderator will go over housekeeping rules before presentations begin
Depending on the number of those presenting, you may be presenting to the entire group, or the moderator may assign presenting individuals and groups to a designated breakout room along with an industry professional
Presenting participants will have 10-15 minutes to present a project or skill AND complete a Q&A before the next group presents or, in the case of breakout sessions, presenters are rotated
Present within 5 to 7 minutes to ensure enough time for feedback
Complete the Demo Day Survey (sent in a follow up email)
Follow up with new contacts on LinkedIn, and send thank you notes
