Schedule New Faculty Onboarding Training
All new section instructors will attend this 30 minute training as soon as possible after completing Module 1 & 2. We will review the learning platform, access the live session classroom, and register for your next training sessions.
This 45 minute training session will guide you through the use of the live session classroom concepts learned in Modules 3 & 4. Faculty are encouraged to bring questions from the training modules and how to create an effective learning environment. This session should be scheduled after Training #1.
During this 45 minute training session a 2U Faculty Training Specialist will walk through the agenda of your first live session ensuring you, your materials, and your live session classroom are ready for your first live session. This session should be scheduled within 3 weeks of your term start. You will need access to your course section for this session to be effective.
This 30 minute training session will walk you through specific functions of your gradebook as it relates to your course. Ideally, this live training session will be scheduled after your students submit their first assignment or exam. Please consult your course syllabus to determine when your student's first assignment is due.
