Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of mobile games and related services (the “Service”) provided by To The Moon Inc. (“Company”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Service.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Service” means mobile games and all related services provided by the Company.
“User” means any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
“Account” means a user identifier created through Firebase Authentication for accessing the Service.
“Game Data” means all data generated through the user’s gameplay, including levels, in-game currency, and progress.
These Terms become effective when posted within the Service or otherwise made available to users.
The Company may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
In the event of any modification, the Company will notify users of the changes and the effective date in advance.
If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service.
The Company provides the Service to users.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service due to operational or technical reasons.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, system failures, or force majeure events.
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Guest Login.
Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by account mismanagement unless due to the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company may restrict or suspend account access without prior notice in cases of fraudulent or abusive use.
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Using another person’s account without authorization
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Exploiting bugs, hacking, or unauthorized modification of game data
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
Violating applicable laws, public order, or morals
The Company may impose restrictions on Service use if a user violates these Terms.
Restrictions may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access.
The Company is not obligated to provide compensation for any restrictions imposed.
Certain content within the Service may be offered for a fee.
Payments are processed according to the policies of the applicable app store platform.
Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian before making purchases.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.
Users may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from the user’s fault or misuse.
The Company shall not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Users may terminate their use of the Service and request account deletion at any time.
Upon account deletion, all Game Data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
The Company may terminate the Service agreement if a user violates these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
