What is the 2nd Address Service Fee? (For Hosts and Guests)

Our Service Fees are split between Hosts and the Guests.

For Hosts: Depending on the market, the Host Service Fee ranges between 3% and 15% of your Base Rent or Base Nightly amount (excluding any one time monthly fees such as cleaning fee or utilities fee). The Host Service Fee is automatically deducted from each payment.

For Guests: Also depending on the market, our Guest Service Fee ranges between 4% and 11% and it is included in the total quote presented at the time of inquiry/booking.
