What is Identity Verification and what will be asked?

We have an Identity Verification process with facial recognition and document verification technology that allows 2nd Address to verify the identities of Hosts and Guests and protect them against fraud.

What will be asked:

An ID and on-the-spot selfie.

When will I be asked:

For Hosts, during the onboarding process of your first listing.

For Guests, everytime a request for a booking is made.

List of acceptable IDs:

• Passport

• National Identity Card

• Driving Licence
