How can I Adjust the dates and Send a Special Offer?

If you need to make changes before a reservation is confirmed, the most common changes would be a change in dates and in pricing. Below is how you can Adjust the dates of a reservation and / or send a Special Offer.

You may click the “+” button on the conversation thread you have with your Guest and click on the "Adjust dates" or “Add Special Offer” button, here’s a sample:

SPECIAL OFFER:

If you chose to click on the “Add Special Offer” button, you will be provided a pop-up page wherein you may put the monthly discount. Click on the "Preview" button to review the new payout and the quote which will be shown to the Guest. You may adjust as needed and continue clicking on the "Preview" button until you're OK with the preview.

Once decided with the preview, you can then click on the "Send New (Amount)" and a message should appear in the conversation thread, signaling that you've successfully sent a Special Offer. Here's the button to click:

ADJUST DATES:

If you chose to click on the “Adjust Dates” button, you will be provided a pop-up page wherein you can enter the new dates and simply click on the "Confirm" button, the dates and the pricing should also recalculate. You may click on the "Your Payout" tab to see your new payout as a Host.
