What should I do before/after a Guest checks out?


  • Remind the Guest of the check out instructions if needed.

  • Given that check out instructions were communicated prior to check out, you may start checking the unit to see if the provided instructions were followed accordingly.

  • Check for personal belongings possibly left by the guest (Generally Guests are informed of their responsibility not to leave belongings in listings) and notify as needed.

  • Contact 2nd Address about any report/claim as needed, provided that there has been an attempt to resolve any report/claim with the Guest.

What to do if the Guest checks out earlier?

Regular check-out time is 11:00 am on the last day, unless otherwise arranged with you, the Host.
