What should I do before a Guest checks in?


  • Provide a stellar experience to your Guests by making sure that the listing is clean and as advertised, including accurate amenities as disclosed.

  • Provide and communicate proper check in instructions to the Guest.



What to do if the guest requests an early check in?

Regular check-in time is 3:00 pm on the first day of the booking unless arranged with you, the Host. If you agree to a request for an early Check-in, you may notify the Guest and also notify the Guest of any additional charges if any. We recommend all transactions/payments to be processed on the platform.
