What should I do before a Guest checks in?
Provide a stellar experience to your Guests by making sure that the listing is clean and as advertised, including accurate amenities as disclosed.
Provide and communicate proper check in instructions to the Guest.
What to do if the guest requests an early check in?
Regular check-in time is 3:00 pm on the first day of the booking unless arranged with you, the Host. If you agree to a request for an early Check-in, you may notify the Guest and also notify the Guest of any additional charges if any. We recommend all transactions/payments to be processed on the platform.
