How can I reset my password?

Step 2: In the small pop-up window, click on “Login”.

Step 3: Click “Forgot password” and you should be provided with a new page with a box where you can input the email address to reset the password for that account.

Step 4: Input/Type the email address associated with the 2nd Address account you would like to reset the password for and click on the "Create New Password" button.

Step 5: You should be shown a message instructing you to check your email as you have just been sent the 2nd Address password recovery email containing a link that allows you to reset your password.

Step 6: Once you have found the 2nd Address password recovery email, simply click on the link provided in the email.

Step 7: In the new page provided, please type in the old password and the new password in their respective boxes. Once done, simply click on the "Reset Password" button and congratulations! you have just reset your 2nd Address Account Password. =)
