The Conflict and Resolution of Democratic Rights for Women and Aboriginal People in Australia

People have had to fight substantially for their voting rights, and a lot of conflict has occurred, but how have we resolved these conflicts between the people and government to the point where we now have compulsory voting in Australia for all citizens? This is what we will endeavour to find as we work out how people's conflict assisted in us becoming one of the world's most advanced democracies, with some of the highest voter turnouts.
