This book is a new improved version update 10 February 2014, after reading it I’m writing this review as I’m a believer in all the author Freda Mooncotch says.

Why not Reclaim your Health, Energy & Vitality?

Most average young people these day’s, like models, actresses, singers, etc tend to be on the thin side, because the message sent to them that being skinny is the way to go, to be popular, successful, beautiful and healthy.

Which is very wrong, because in order to achieve this they are damaging their bodies and brains by fad diets and too much exercising.

Men actually find woman attractive if they are a little curvy, (not over weight to obesity), the fact is that people who are overweight could actually live longer than those with a slim appearance.

Why are Women so Fixed on being Thin?

The author gives quite a few reasons, I will leave that you you to find out but this one I agree 100%.

Back in the 1970′s there was a fad diet – Low Fat Diet (low in animal fat) plus extreme exercising.

So women had the false belief that animal fat would make them fat if they didn’t change their diet.

Unbeknown to women by reducing animal fats it would destabilize their blood sugars, deprive their hormones of the necessary nutrients for them to work properly, and starve their brains.

So this was one of the tragic things for women believing that low-fat diet and strenuous exercise at the gym could help make them more popular, successful, beautiful and healthy.

As a result woman are sicker, fatter, more depressed and tireder than ever before, they are struggling with health problems of infertility, low libido, fatigue, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, memory problems and so and so, I can go on for ever, worse its ever been in the history of mankind.

So maybe you need to think about this “It’s what you eat and do with your body that creates your life”.

Low fat diets (including near vegetarian, vegetarian and vegan diets). and strenuous exercise that is being promoted as “healthy” are far from the truth.

Back in the 1940′s – 1950′s we were healthier both physically and mentally, we didn’t suffer from cholesterol, animal fats, red meat, butter, liver, egg, chicken skin, Phobias.

We sat down at the table and ate three meals per day, all home made traditional meals. About 70% of our calories come from animal fat.

Love the body you have.

Freda will share her story with you, so you can see what dieting, starvation, fasting and over exercising does to your body.

She tells you what it is doing to your body, damaging your blood sugar, your brain and all about your moods.

If you are taking medication – don’t just pop that little white pill because your doctor says it will help.

All drugs are poison, the only difference is he dosage.

The Pharmaceutical industry doesn’t create cures they crete customers.

This book is so true, I swear by it as I am aging (73 in fact), don’t take pills, my skin is soft and supple don’t use any lotions for dry skin, I eat animal fats, by eating nutrients dense food I have a young active body, my husband and I enjoy sex and I’m still having orgasms in my seventy, my body weight has never changed in the last forty years, around the 7 1/2 stone 112 kgs, height 5 feet 3ins.

This is what the author is saying.

Defying age is a inside out job. No amounts of lotions, potions or creams you put on your skin is going to stop the aging process, in fact you are actually contributing to accelerate aging because they are loaded with toxic chemicals.

Stop wasting your hard earned money and support our local farmer or co-op by eating good quality food instead.

When you are eating your next meal – think – Is this going to feed my brain?

Rebuild my heart, eyes, joints or bones.

If you buy this book (or eBook) the author includes a variety of recipes (made from nutrient- dense foods, including raw milk, butter, cream, lard, tallow, eggs, meat, liver chicken, lamb etc.

There are lots of tips – example if you are experiencing sugar cravings it’s a sign you’re not eating enough fat. In crease your good fat – like eat more bacon and eggs. etc.

At the end of the book you have all the Resource and Links, just by a click you will be taken to the site that she has been writing about in her book and there a lots of them.
