Scientist II @ Allen Institute

615 Westlake Ave North, Seattle, WA 98109

Back in August 2017, I received my Ph.D. at the University of Maryland, College Park, studying nonlinear dynamics and machine learning under the mentorship of Dr. Edward Ott. After graduation, I continued doing research as a postdoc in the Complex Systems Group led by Dr. Danielle S. Bassett at UPenn. Currently, I am doing research as a Scientist II at the Allen Institute, studying the intersection between biological and artificial intelligence.

My main areas of expertise are nonlinear dynamical systems, machine learning, complex networks, and cognitive neuroscience. My research focus on understanding the dynamical foundation of intelligence and creating bio-inspired AI.
