I am a senior advisor (research) in Global Statistical Science at Eli Lilly and Company, supporting advanced analytics in R&D Lilly Research Lab. I got my Ph.D from Department of Statistics, University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interests center around advancing casual inference in modern clinical trial development and analysis, e.g., covariate adjustment, estimand framework and intercurrent events, data integration and evidence synthesis (external or historical control, real-world evidence), and platform trials.
