Hello, welcome to my website! I am an associate professor in the School of Business Administration (SBA) at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST). I received my Ph.D. in human resource management from the George Washington University. Before joining UNIST, I have worked as an assistant professor at the Millersville University of Pennsylvania for two years (as an ABD) and an assistant professor at the Penn State University - Harrisburg for four years. My research interest includes diversity, organizational demography, leadership, team dynamics, and OB side of entreprenuership.
