Grand Challenge: Engineering Better Medicines

Engineering has been a passion of mine since I was a kid. I was always building new things with tinker toys and modifying them as I worked. As I got older, I began to explore more with what I could build and program. After going through a traveling body exhibit, I became fascinated with how different systems in the body worked and how we could work with them to improve someone's quality of life.

The Grand Challenges Program and biological engineering are the perfect fit for me to combine multiple of my passions into one project. To learn more about how I have been developing my skills as an engineer and working towards engineering better medicines, click through the tabs above.
