Troy Diaz, born in Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i, is a Computer Science student at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, focused on artificial intelligence with a particular interest in computer vision. He is applying computer vision in his senior capstone project and aims to extend that work into GIS by connecting visual understanding with geospatial analysis.
