The mail should contain abstract and the paper in IEEE format (Times new roman, content of size 12 and headings of size 16) along with your name, department, college, contact details and the topic and theme on which the paper is submitted.

8. After you have submitted the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through your material and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified on 20th April 2018. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
