20-Hour Service (Initial/Break-In)

Key Focus: Fluids & Integrity Check
Change Engine Oil and Filter (critical for new motors).
Change Gear Lube (and inspect for any signs of debris or water).
Verify Powerhead Bolt Torque (confirm factory settings).
Confirm Idle Speed and Engine Timing.
100-Hour Service (Minor/Seasonal)

Key Focus: Fluids, Lubrication, Filters
Change Engine Oil and Filter.
Change Gear Lube (inspecting for water or metal).
Inspect and Replace Fuel Filters (primary water separating and secondary filters).
Inspect and Replace Spark Plugs.
Inspect Sacrificial Anodes (Zincs) and replace if worn.
Propeller Removal and Inspection (check prop shaft and lubricate).
Full visual inspection of belts, hoses, and steering fluid levels.
Lubricate all required grease fittings.
300-Hour Service (Intermediate/Annual)
