Since this chat bot is built to provide answers to basic questions related to a specific program, The S Factory, the interactions are not user-specific. Therefore, as we are not dealing with user specific data to provide our services, we do not collect any personal information of our users, except the queries asked by them. Our primary goal in collecting this textual information is to improve our services.

But there is certain amount of information that is collected by the platforms and integrations our chat bot uses. This includes

• Time zone
• Location (Latitude and Longitude values wrapped in a Location object)
• Query (Natural language text to be processed )
• sessionID- a unique anonymous string of characters identifying the session, etc

How we use the information

We only store the textual information to better our chat bots questions handling capacity and efficiency and also to ensure that the number of no match conversations is minimum.

What information do we share?

No user data is being collected or shared through the bot.
