I have a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. My primary research interest is in healthcare, health economics, and applied econometrics. Broadly, my work has tried to understand the incentives, intended as well as unintended, created by policies and how these incentives affect providers and patients outcomes.
