About Me

I am currently a Research Scientist in the Algorithmic Systems group of Analog Garage in Boston. I recently completed my PhD from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa, under the supervision of Prof Mathews Jacob. Prior to this, I received my 5-year B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree from IIT Kharagpur in India in 2012.

I am interested in pursuing research in Compressive Sensing, Machine Learning and Optimization theory, applied to imaging and computer vision problems. My PhD thesis is based on inverse problems in medical imaging, with a focus on MRI. In my work, I have used ideas from machine learning to develop algorithms for challenging applications like free-breathing cardiac image reconstruction and MR fingerprinting. Please refer to my projects and publications for further details.
