Reminder: 2025 Skylake Annual Dues Payment

Good Afternoon, Skylake Neighbors,

We hope this message finds you well. We want to remind you of the new payment arrangements introduced to simplify this year’s annual dues process. To help us focus on critical lake maintenance, please submit your payment to our new Zelle account  (skylakenmb@gmail.com)

The 2025 annual dues remain unchanged at $320.00, consistent with last year. We are collaborating closely with our lake management company to ensure tighter control over the lake’s ecological  balance, supporting a healthier and more sustainable environment for our community.
