Signal processing for imaging

I am a postdoctoral scholar in CU Boulder working on the development of new imaging modalities. I am particulary interested in ultrathin endoscopes and in imaging through tissue. During my PhD, I worked on super-resolution for fluorescence microscopy in the Fresnel institute (Marseille France).

I studied at Ecole Centrale de Nantes (ECN), where I obtained an engineer degree and a master degree in Automatics signal and image (master ARIA).

Research area: signal processing for microscopy

  • Computational imaging
  • Compressed sampling
  • Convex optimization, Inverse problems
  • Fourier optics simulation
  • Blind Structured Illumination Microscopy (Blind-SIM)
