Finding Lost Folders or Images in Lightroom Classic
The issue is that the files are now in a different folder or they have been renamed. So Lightroom is confused about the “path” to those images
On the enclosing folder with the "?", do a RIGHT CLICK
Choose Find Missing Folder
Navigate to the folder at its new location or with its new name and Choose it.
Lightroom will do the rest. It will update its database for all the images

*Note: If you have copied your catalog and the images to a new disk, Lr can sometimes show the ? marks indicating it cannot find the actual images. Follow the same directions to locate them but be sure to "choose" the disk not one of the lower folders.

Enhance - Enlarge in Lr and Ps
High quality enlarging has been available for awhile in Photoshop. I have had really good results with doubling the resolution of quality image files by using the Image Size command under the Image Menu.
As shown in the screenshots above, just make sure that you choose "Preserve Details 2.0" as your resampling choice. Type in your dimensions for enlarging I generally just need to increase 150% or 200%. I use percent rather than actual measurements unless I have to have a particular width or height.
In Lightroom, the Enhance Command has been added...
You'll find the Enhance... command under the Photo Menu when you are in the Develop Module.
Enhance does fancy tweaking to the details and Super Resolution doubles the dimensions.
The same features are available in the Camera Raw interface as well. It is hiding under the three dots menu ••• on the right, at the bottom of the list.
My personal preference is to use the Photoshop method as I only really enlarge at the time that I'm prepping an image for printing and I generally do that in Ps but I've seen very good results using it in all the places I listed above.
As always, if there are multiple ways to do something in Ps/Lr try them all to see if you like one better than the other. Sometimes, particular images do better with certain commands. Your mileage may vary.
