Dr. Sayed Reza is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University Harrisburg. With expertise in Data Science, Data-Driven Decision Making, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering, his research focuses on applying data science techniques to decision-making in diverse fields. Dr. Reza earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at El Paso and leads the acclaimed PROCONF project, a Peer-to-Peer Review Management System for Research Development widely used by international conferences and journals. UTEP Computer Science Receives Grant to Conduct Advanced Software Analysis
Sayed Reza, working with Dr. Omar and has received a grant from Nuba Solutions for students to conduct statistic code analysis on open source repositories. The study will analyze large segments of industrial software codes to understand their evolution and quality. The results of the analysis will help organizations reduce maintenance efforts and improve their software sustainability.
