Samuel Kramer

A diligent, multilingual researcher with public and private sector experience

I earned my doctorate in history at the University of St Andrews. In this capacity I have collaborated with the School of Modern Languages and served as a teaching assistant for the School of History. 

I hold a B.A. in International Relations from the George Washington University (2017) and an M.A. in Russian, Eurasian, and East European Studies (2019). I also hold a certificate from the University of Tartu in Estonia (2018).

Prior to pursuing a PhD, I worked in due diligence in the Greater New York City region. My experience includes the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Treasury and NGOs. 

I am also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Baltic Studies (AABS) and the Royal Historical Society (RHS).
