Cue No. 12

Choir and celesta open this cue with Hedwig’s Theme. Harry is in for another adventure beyond his control. A full version of Hedwig’s Theme plays over the castle shot as the camera pans to Dumbledore’s office. Once inside, chords move around anxiously as McGonagall pleads with Albus to stop this before Harry gets hurt. An expansion of Secrets of the Castle (Double Trouble) from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2005) plays with choir underneath, aurally portraying the mystery of this situation that has unfolded. It recalls past events, while providing an ominous feeling that this is unlike anything Harry's time at Hogwarts has seen. Dumbledore puts his memory of these events in a mysterious pool, and a swirling motif plays over the image of Harry’s name descending into the background.
