This Privacy Policy describes how HM Dev Lab ("we," "us," "our") handles information in connection with our mobile application PoseCue AI: Live Pose Camera (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect
Camera Data
PoseCue AI: Live Pose Camera uses your device's camera to provide live pose-matching guidance. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device using on-device machine learning (Google ML Kit Pose Detection) to detect body position in real time. Camera frames used for live pose matching are not transmitted to us or stored on any server, they exist only transiently on your device during use.
Photos You Capture
Photos you take using the App are saved directly to your device's local storage. We do not upload, store, back up, or have any access to your captured photos on any server. You control these photos entirely, and uninstalling the App does not automatically delete photos already saved to your device's gallery.
No Account Required
PoseCue AI: Live Pose Camera does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name or email address to use the App.
Automatically Collected Information (via third-party services)
We use the following third-party services, which may independently collect certain technical information as described in their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (for displaying ads and rewarded video ads): may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, and usage data for the purpose of serving and measuring ads.
Google Play Billing (for processing one-time purchases and subscription payments): payment information is handled entirely by Google Play, we do not receive, process, or store your payment card details.
We do not operate our own analytics or tracking systems beyond what these third-party services provide.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected through third-party services described above is used to:
Display and measure advertising within the App
Process purchases you choose to make (Premium subscription, Pack unlocks)
Maintain and improve App functionality and stability
We do not use camera data or your captured photos for any purpose beyond the live pose-matching feature and your own local saving of photos.
3. Legal Bases (EU/UK/Canada users)
Where applicable under GDPR, UK GDPR, or Canadian privacy law, we rely on the following legal bases:
Consent: for personalized advertising, where required, you will be asked to consent via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow before personalized ads are shown. You may withdraw consent at any time through the App or your device's ad settings.
Legitimate interests: for basic App functionality and non-personalized advertising.
Contractual necessity: for processing purchases you initiate.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with:
Google AdMob, for ad serving and measurement
Google Play Billing, for purchase processing
We do not share your camera data or locally saved photos with any third party, since this data never leaves your device through our App.
5. International Data Transfers
Third-party services we use (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing) may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
6. Data Retention
Camera data used for live pose matching is not retained, it is processed transiently and discarded immediately. Photos you capture remain on your device under your control until you delete them or uninstall the App. Third-party service providers retain data according to their own retention policies.
7. Security
We rely on Google Play Billing and Google AdMob's security measures for the data they process. Photos and app data stored locally on your device are subject to your device's own security settings. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
PoseCue AI: Live Pose Camera is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability regarding any personal information held by us or our third-party service providers. To exercise these rights, contact us at supporthmdevlab@gmail.com.
You can also manage ad personalization directly through your device's Google Ads Settings, and manage or cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.
