Phil's Pizza Palace was born 45 years ago. Phil was the original owner for 17 years, before he moved back to Greece. Mario was the second owner for 10 years. The current owner is the first non-Greek owner and she has been running the show here for 18 years!

All the pizza dough (all thin crust), sauce, sausage, spaghetti sauce and meatballs are made by the owner herself. The tzatziki sauce for the gyros and shish kabobs are made by the owner too - she's got skills!
