Who We Are
The Ocean Renewable Energy Laboratory is a research team headed by Prof. Eun Soo Kim at Pusan National University.
Our team is focused on exploring phenomena such as the vortex-induced vibration of submerged cylinders, the behavior of underwater vehicles in ocean environments, and Sloshing and Slamming in the fuel storage tank of vehicles and ships.
We specialize in designing experiments and equipment to study the interactions between fluids and submerged/floating bodies and using numerical methods based on Dynamics to analyze our findings.
Open position
We are looking to see motivated undergraduate interns and graduate students(MS/Ph.D) interested in Ocean renewable energy and Underwater vehicles.
