Omer Madmon

Hey! 👋

My name is Omer, and I am a PhD candidate at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, under the supervision of Yakov Babichenko and Moshe Tennenholtz (as a part of the GameTheory@Technion research group).

My primary research field is Algorithmic Game Theory and its applications in Data Science. In particular, I am interested in Information Design, Mechanism Design and Learning Dynamics in the context of Recommendation Systems and Search Engines. I was awarded the Sherman Fellowship for interdisciplinary research excellence, and a PBC-funded prize for cross-PI collaboration in Data Science.

I also hold an MSc in Data Science (supervised by Moshe Tennenholtz and Itai Arieli) and a BSc in Data Science and Engineering, both from the Technion. During my bachelor's studies, I completed two internships at Google, working on various software engineering projects.
