Hi, I am Nitesh Arora. I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Soft Matter Laboratory working with Prof. Stephan Rudykh at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Broadly, I am interested in the design and mechanics of soft architected materials.
Research areas:
Active (magnetic/electric) soft materials
Soft actuators and sensors
Inverse design using Machine Learning
Tunable architected materials
Metamaterials
Instability-induced pattern transitions
Wave propagation
