Mr. Epp's Tiny Tureen of Turnipy Trampolines

You have reached the home of David Epp, grade 5 teacher at John Maclure Community School in Abbotsford, BC.  I have been teaching for 23.5 years.  During that time, I have held positions at 8 different schools (and 3 different times at Maclure).  I have taught every grade from  2 – 7, as well as physical education, behavior management, and library.  My favorite subject to teach is math.

For the 19th time in a row, I am teaching grade 5 this year.  The biggest thing I am looking forward to is taking the grade 5s on a three-day trip to Camp Squeah, located in Hope, BC.  At Camp Squeah we will participate in activities such as archery, wall climbing, high ropes course, swimming, hiking, campfire starting, crafts and wide games. We will be sleeping two nights in the cabins.  We would be going on our trip from June 19 - 21, 2024 (the last full week of school).

In my spare time, I like to read books about butterflies, swim in shallow puddles, and wrestle lego robots.  I live in an underground hotel with a monkey, a bear, and a stinkapotamus.
