Morgantown Math Circle

Registration for the Morgantown Math Circle is now open!

Morgantown Math Circle is a part of the National Math Circle Network. This is a free math enrichment program that makes math immersive and fun! Important math concepts, including functions, geometry, and combinatorics, will be explored. Registration can be found below:

Registration for the Morgantown Math Circle 2024-2025 The Morgantown Math Circle is the first math circle in West Virginia! We aim to help and support students in exploring their passion of mathematics. Meetings are held weekly during the WVU semester in Hodges Hall (more information on the room number) at WVU from 4-5 PM on Sundays. Groups will be split according to grade level with grades 4-5 in one room and grades 6-8 in another room. Grades 4-5 will be more focused on exploring the beauty of mathematics, helping those students keep their passion for math strong. Grades 6-8 will be more focused on competition math such as MATHCOUNTS or AMC as well as exploring more complex mathematics concepts in unique ways.
