◉ OUR MANUFACTURING  FACILITIES

 FOUNDRY

• Installed capacity: 3000 tons per annum Cast iron or Ductile iron casting 

• Weight range: 1 kgs to 300 Kgs (2.2046 - 660 Lbs. ) per piece.

• We use induction furnace for our melting process helping us control our metallurgy.

MACHINING FACILITY

• We are equipped with full fledge CNC machining facility for all the components produced in our foundry. We can supply fully machined precision components as per customer drawings.

 QUALITY CONTROL

• We offer 3 stage inspection for In-Coming Material, In-Process and Final Inspection in FOUNDRY & MACHINE SHOP so that we ship flawless machined components  to our customers.

PAINTING AND DISPATCHING

• Dedicated facility for painting and our final dispatch area.

  We have Castings, Fabrications, Precision Engineering,  all under one roof.
