Welcome to my website.

 I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Econometrics and Data Science at Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam. Before, I have been a postdoctoral researcher at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). I obtained my Ph.D. at Maastricht University. A copy of my thesis can be found here.

My research concentrates on the development and application of methods in time series and panel data econometrics. I am interested in applications concerning climate econometrics, environmental economics, geophysics and geology.
